Your wording, clauses and standard limitations are matched to the Quebec — Residential pack (10 sections, 66 components) or Commercial v1, reviewed with you. Your contract template becomes the organization's CTR contract text.

You switch at your own pace
Keep your old tool in parallel as long as you need. Your DomiSpect data belongs to you: it can be exported on request from our team. Self-service export is planned — not available today.
There is no automatic import tool: the migration is done with you, by our team, included during the trial. Automatic import of clients and history is planned — not available today.

I’m switching tools. Do I start from scratch?
No. Our team guides the migration: clients, properties, finding templates, contract text, roles, RBQ profile, insurance, taxes. Before we start, we tell you what transfers as is and what gets restructured with you. There is no automatic import tool today.
