Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
DomiSpect ("we") operates the domispect.com website and the DomiSpect platform for building inspectors. This policy describes how we collect, use, retain and protect personal information, in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 (the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information) and other applicable laws.
2. Information collected
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect: first and last name; professional contact details (email, phone, company, city); information provided in our forms (inspection volume, current software, needs); browsing data with your consent (see "Cookies").
3. Purposes
We use this information only to: respond to your requests (demo, trial, pilot program, contact); send you the communications you have consented to (newsletter, guides, invitations); improve our site and services; meet our legal obligations.
4. Consent
We collect your consent clearly and separately for each purpose. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us or via the unsubscribe link included in every communication.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers (hosting, email, CRM) bound by confidentiality agreements, who may be located outside Quebec; where applicable, we carry out the assessments required by law.
6. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, after which we destroy or anonymize it securely in accordance with our retention policy.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your personal information, its correction, its withdrawal or, where provided by law, its portability. Send any request to our Privacy Officer via the contact page. We will respond within the timelines set by law.
8. Security
We apply security measures proportional to the sensitivity of the information: encryption, access control, logging and secure hosting. In the event of a privacy incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we will follow the notification process required by law. See also our Security page.
9. Cookies
The site uses cookies that are essential to its operation. Non-essential cookies (audience measurement, marketing) are only activated with your consent, which you can give or withdraw via the cookie management banner. Categories: necessary (site operation), analytics (audience measurement) and marketing (where applicable).

11. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
