The signed report becomes a portal: summary at the top, icon legend, navigation by section, PDF download. The signed contract and the invoice reach the client through their own secure links.
Your client opens the link on their phone, at the notary's office or with their broker. No attachment bounced by a full inbox, no outdated version making the rounds: the link leads to the report you signed, and nothing else.

The emails that go with it
Four emails go out on their own, in French or in English depending on the client's language. Every send is logged; administration sees the status of each email.

You stay in control: revoke, resend
The portal link is revocable: you decide when it stops working. And what the client sees does not change after your signature.
- Revoke. One click, and the link leads nowhere. Useful when a transaction falls through or when a report was sent to the wrong person.
- Resend. The link is shareable: the client lost it, you send it again.
- Immutable. The signed report carries a SHA-256 fingerprint. What the client reads is what you signed, no more, no less.
- Traced. Signature, send, payment: every event is recorded in the audit log.

In a commercial project, each inspection attached to a building has its own portal. Planned — not available today: a project portal where the corporate client would follow progress, open actions and due dates. In the meantime, your team manages the actions and keeps the client informed through the report and by email.

Does my client need to create an account?
No. They receive a secure link by email and open it in their browser, on a phone or a computer. No password, no app to install.
Does the link expire?
The link is revocable: you cut it off when you decide to, and you can resend it to the client for as long as it is active.
Can the client edit the report?
No. The signed report is immutable and carries a SHA-256 fingerprint. The client reads it and downloads it; they cannot change anything. Signature and fingerprint →
Is the portal available in English?
Yes. The portal interface and the emails that go with it exist in French and in English, depending on the client's language.
Does the client pay from the portal?
