Created once, at the service request → reused by the quote, the contract, the appointment, the inspection, the report, the invoice and the portal. Reused, not retyped.
Building
Created once, address autocompleted → reused by every appointment, every inspection and every report at that address; in commercial, attached to its project, its floor, its zone.
Project
Created once → structures its buildings, their floors and zones; each inspection attaches to it by building or by zone, and the manager sees the whole project. Team and Enterprise plans.
Inspector
Created once, with their profile and personal RBQ → assigned to the appointment, identified in the inspection file, verified before signing, cited in the certificate frozen into the report.
Team
Created once, one or more roles per member → the assistant prepares, the dispatcher assigns, the inspector inspects, the reviewer reviews, accounting invoices, the manager closes the actions. Everyone sees their part of the same file.
Inspection
Created once, when the contract is signed → inherits the client, the building and the inspector; its sections and the weather are frozen at start; it feeds the report, the portal, the invoice and the actions.
Observations
Dictated or typed once → proposed, then applied or dismissed by you; reviewed before signing; each finding can become an action.
Photos
Taken once, on site, with or without a network → linked to the finding, annotated without touching the original, blurred when needed, printed in the report; evidence photos then close the action.
Report
Assembled once, during the inspection → fully reviewed, checked before signing, signed and time-stamped (SHA-256), delivered to the portal, logged. Immutable after that.
Invoice
Created once, from the same client and the same file → exact GST and QST, sent by secure link, payable online. Immutable once paid.
Payment
Received once, online → the invoice locks, the receipt goes out by email on its own, the send is logged.
Action
