Pre-purchase inspection
The client is in a hurry, the seller is present, the offer-to-purchase deadline is short. Have the contract signed by link before you even travel. On site, document and validate as you go. Deliver on the portal as soon as you sign. The invoice leaves with the report.
Pre-sale inspection

Co-ownership and condo
The unit is inspected with the same checklist. Inaccessible common areas are documented as limitations, required by the pre-signature checks. Documents handed over by the syndicate go into the file and are shared on the portal with the report.
House, plex, cottage
Roofing, exterior, structure, plumbing, electrical, heating, insulation, ventilation, interior: the 10 sections are ready from the first inspection. For a plex, open one inspection per unit; for a cottage with no signal, statuses, photos and audio notes stay on the device; transcription, analyses and review resume once the signal is back.
