Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing the domispect.com website, you accept these terms. The terms applicable to the use of the DomiSpect platform (subscriptions, trial) are presented at sign-up.

2. Description of the service

DomiSpect is an AI-assisted management system for residential and commercial inspection businesses: service requests, quotes, contracts, calendar, inspections, reports, invoices, corrective actions and administration. The AI assists the inspector (transcription, structuring, writing, review); it does not replace their professional judgment. Every report must be checked, approved and signed by the inspector, who remains solely responsible for its professional content.

3. Independence

DomiSpect is an independent product. It is not affiliated with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ), the Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ) or ASTM International, and no reference to these organizations or to an applicable standard constitutes approval, certification or sponsorship, unless official recognition is obtained in the future.

4. Time savings and results

The time savings presented on the site (e.g., "up to 5 hours recovered per inspection") are benchmarks from field interviews with Quebec building inspectors, not measured in production, and do not constitute a commitment to results. Actual results vary depending on inspection complexity, work methods, number of observations and the level of report customization. See "How we measure time saved".

5. Intellectual property

The site's content (text, visuals, trademarks, interfaces) belongs to DomiSpect or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. The data your business enters in the platform remains its property.

6. Accounts, trial and subscriptions

The trial (14 days or 3 inspections, whichever comes first) is offered under the terms specified at sign-up. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We reserve the right to limit or refuse access in cases of misuse.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DomiSpect cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site. The site's content is provided for information purposes and does not constitute professional or legal advice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec.
